The Residences at Lighthouse Point is a transit-oriented, residential, retail, and office destination with direct connections to the Staten Island Ferry. Phase 1 consists of a 65,000 SF building on the corner of Bay Street and Borough Place to be programmed with retail, fresh food restaurants and entertainment space.
Above this, a residential tower will be built with 115 units and 20% allocated to affordable housing. A 300-space parking garage structure will provide plenty of parking for users and commuters. Developed by Triangle Equities with March as the Construction Manager.
March is taking over phase 1 of this project from a previous contractor to finish the whole job from where they left off. This portion of the development will be slated for late 2023 completion.
